About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth within your designated territory by working closely with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.

- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or a related field from a premier institution.

- 2-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.

- Expertise in a field sales role successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
