Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Tele Sales professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience to join our dynamic team at Lanstitut Technologies Pvt Ltd.
This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, offering a flexible work environment with options for remote or hybrid work. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and customer engagement to drive our growth in the language learning market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and establish relationships to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate and timely information.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials and campaigns that drive conversions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches.
- Track sales metrics to monitor performance and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve overall sales operations and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have Exceptional Communication Skills to effectively engage with clients and convey information clearly, as well as Strong Negotiation Skills to manage client expectations and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
