Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HRBP Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies, driving change initiatives, and providing performance management coaching to leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent strategies to align with business objectives
- Drive change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness
- Provide performance management coaching to leaders and employees
- Partner with compliance to handle employee allegations and provide consultation on legal and regulatory risks
- Collaborate with Legal and Supervisors to align on involuntary separation exit agreements
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Graduate or Master's degree in HR with 5+ years of experience in an HR Leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement talent strategies
- Experience in change leadership and performance management coaching
- Knowledge of compensation philosophy and total compensation strategy
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹50,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location (Bangalore). A detailed breakdown of the compensation package will be shared during the interview process.
