  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in a database or CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to provide informed insights to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of MLAP (Microfinance Loan Against Property) products and services.
