**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Commercial Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers.
- Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and threats.
- Conduct research to gather relevant market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support decision-making.
- Prepare market reports and provide insights to guide the development of commercial strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure that all commercial contracts are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the order processing pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Liaise with the logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely invoicing.
- Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring compliance with payment terms.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Provide product and service information to customers, and offer advice to meet their specific needs.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
- Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to management.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategies and business goals.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure pricing models, discount structures, and payment terms are optimized.
- Support the marketing team in promoting products, services, and the company’s brand to the target market.
- Ensure that all commercial activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Identify potential risks in commercial operations and work to mitigate them.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
