**1. Sales and Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both business clients and individual customers.
- Develop customized sales strategies for each target audience (businesses and individual consumers).

2. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a client database, track customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. **Sales Strategy and Execution**
- Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the audience’s needs (business clients vs. individual consumers).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotional activities and product launches.

4. **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor offerings and identify areas for differentiation.

5. **Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market trends.


Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
