**Role Overview**

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about **sales, marketing**, and the future of **agri-tech and drone solutions**. You will be part of a fast-moving team helping us expand our reach and educate customers on drone-based innovations in agriculture and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in identifying and approaching new clients, especially in the agriculture sector.
- Support in managing relationships with distributors, agri-retailers, and channel partners.
- Help execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand customer requirements.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs for better targeting.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related fields (Final-year students can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn about **drones, precision farming**, and new technologies.
- Fluency in **Kannada or any South Indian language** + Hindi is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs and a willingness to work on CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

**Language**:

- Kannada (preferred)
