Sales Representative

A Sales Representative for a kitchen equipment manufacturing company would be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, presenting products and services, and closing sales. They would also handle after-sales support and contribute to the company's overall sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:Identifying potential customers, such as hotels, restaurants, and institutional kitchens, and developing strategies to reach them.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:Educating potential customers about the features, benefits, and technical specifications of the company's kitchen equipment, including conducting live demonstrations of products.
- **Needs Assessment and Solution Selling**:Understanding the unique needs of each customer and recommending the most appropriate kitchen equipment solutions.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, and ensuring all sales agreements are finalized and executed.
- **Order Processing and Logistics**:Taking orders, ensuring timely delivery of products, and coordinating with the manufacturing and logistics teams.
- **After-Sales Support**:Providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the purchased equipment.
- **Relationship Building and Maintenance**:Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and building new relationships with potential customers.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and forecasting future sales trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:Effective communication is crucial for building relationships and presenting products to customers.
- **Sales Experience and Negotiation Skills**:Experience in sales, particularly in the commercial or industrial sector, is highly valued.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**:The ability to identify and resolve customer issues and analyze sales performance.
- **Adaptability and Change Management**:The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of AutoCad drawing and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prepare sales tenders and quotations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
- Adaptability to change and a desire to make a difference.
