Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Director of Strategic Planning will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.   • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify areas of opportunity and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that serve as a catalyst for creative teams.
  • Present compelling narratives through data-driven visuals, driving business objectives forward.
  • Translate business needs into actionable social/digital media plans, informed by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyze available data to define overall distribution and amplification strategies, including competitive analysis.
  • Determine optimal advertising approaches to achieve goals, balancing objectives, challenges, and resource constraints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree with 7+ years of experience in brand planning, social media management, or digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business needs to strategic solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.
  • Passion for the evolving social/digital media landscape, with a strong point of view to share with clients and colleagues.
  • Innovative thinking and awareness of emerging platforms or partners to consider in brand strategies.
