Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defense technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
