Our organization is seeking a dynamic Doctor Liaison to promote our pharmacy services and health campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be familiar with healthcare and pharmacy operations, and possess the ability to coordinate events and manage relationships with local doctors.

The role involves building strong ties with nearby medical professionals, promoting store health initiatives, and supporting marketing activities such as health camps and awareness drives in collaboration with our pharmacy outlets.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Visiting and connecting with doctors near the store to promote pharmacy services and health campaigns.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with local healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinating with doctors for participation and support in store-based health camps and events.
  • Assisting in planning and executing marketing activities to drive foot traffic to the store.
  • Distributing promotional materials such as pamphlets, posters, and standees in nearby clinics.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between doctors and store staff for event coordination.
  • Collecting feedback and suggestions from doctors to improve services.
  • Providing daily reports of visits and doctor interactions to the marketing team.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and pharmacy services.
  • Confidence in field visits and public interactions.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage events.
  • Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Additionally, the following qualifications are required:

  • Graduate degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Pharma, or Healthcare background).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or pharma marketing.
  • Comfortable with local area travel.
