**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Patient Coordination**
- Monitor patient admission, treatment progress, and discharge processes.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical teams to ensure optimal communication and care.
- Resolve scheduling or procedural delays that impact patient experience.

**2. Staff Scheduling & Support**
- Prepare duty rosters and coordinate schedules for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Assist in onboarding and orienting new clinical staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing during all shifts and handle replacements in emergencies.

**3. Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance**
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.
- Monitor infection control practices and patient safety standards.
- Support audits and quality control processes (e.g., NABH/JCI accreditation).

**4. Administrative Liaison**
- Maintain accurate departmental records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with admin, pharmacy, diagnostics, and billing departments for patient service delivery.
- Oversee medical supply inventory and procurement needs for the unit.

5**. Training & Performance Support**
- Organize internal training sessions, CME programs, and team briefings.
- Monitor performance issues and escalate concerns to department heads when necessary.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
