JOB DETAILS 1 Coordinate and supervise the activities of clinical team members engaged in clinical care forpatients under the supervision of a Physician or provider for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. 2 Organize and assign duties and tasks to clinical team members. 3 Establish clinical team member work schedules monthly and request Floater(s) from Director, Clinical Services as needed. Establish provider schedules monthly. 4 Monitor daily performance of clinical team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently and timely. Monitor and control overtime. 5 Review and correct timesheets, review and respond to time off requests and coordinate payroll for clinical team members. 6 Maintain attendance controller records and send to Human Resources department monthly. 7 Evaluate performance of clinical team members and conduct verbal and written performance evaluations after 30 days, 90 days and annually as needed. 8 Assist with interviews. Conduct orientation and training on clinical policies and procedures. 9 Identify and recommend solutions to clinical team member and office issues or problems. 10 Ensure high quality clinical care for patients by reviewing and researching concerns or complaints and recommending corrective action as appropriate. 11 Implement or recommend disciplinary action as needed in conjunction with Practice Manager and Human Resources department. Document all disciplinary action.
