Clinical Co-Ordinator or clinical supervisor

Detail History of new patient

The person with clinical background with graduate degree or equivalent are welcome to apply.

The person will be responsible for maintaining the patient chart writing the office notes and updating the chart with the labs and other diagnostic tests.

Require good communication skills and should be able to understand medical terminologies.

Employee will be working for Obs & Gynae Practice.

Explaining medication to the patient post consultation.

Coordinating with the patients for their queries over the phone.

To coordinate by consultant investigations, surgical treatment, medical treatment and discharge as directed by the Registrar and/or consultant to which assigned.

Ensure that discharge summaries and other correspondence are completed with minimum delay and that all such correspondence is complete prior to leaving the unit.

Participate in compulsory Hospital based training, i.e., Fire, BLS/ACLS.

To be familiar with all relevant procedures/policies.

Liaise closely with nursing staff and other relevant clinical or administrative staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
