**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated MD Pathologist to join our dynamic team. The role requires an individual with a strong focus on quality assurance, operational excellence, and collaborative engagement with local healthcare professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge diagnostic solutions while shaping the future of patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Compliance and Assurance**:

- Monitor and ensure 100% adherence to Quality Control (QC) protocols in the lab.
- Represent the organization during NABL and other accreditation processes.
- Participate in weekly reviews, monthly evaluations, and quarterly audits.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with local doctors to address and resolve diagnostic queries or quality escalations.
- Act as a liaison between the lab and healthcare professionals to strengthen relationships and promote trust.
- **Operational Oversight**:

- Provide necessary approvals on CP modules to maintain process efficiency.
- Actively support lab operations, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
- **Lab Management**:

- Ensure on-ground presence in the lab for a minimum of 8 hours per day, 25 days per month.
- Supervise lab activities, addressing any operational challenges promptly.

**Requirements**:

- MD in Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of NABL accreditation standards and QC protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle quality escalations effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.89 per year
