As clinic receptionist at DERMA Luxe Cosmetology Clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**1. Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of the facility's resources.
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic health records system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Collect co-payments and procedure payments accurately.
- Handle medical records requests.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and maintain filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team as needed.

**3. Patient Relations**:

- Act as a liaison between patients and doctor.
- Ensure patients are comfortable while waiting and that their needs are met promptly.
- Address patient concerns or inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

**4. Compliance**:

- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **12th board passing certificate.**:

- **College Graduation (Degree/Diploma)**:

- Previous experience as clinic receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
