Key Executive Role

The Head of Operations is a critical leadership position responsible for driving and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Office Management: Oversee all aspects of office operations, ensuring optimal functioning of departments such as Admin, HR, Finance, Sales Support, Procurement, and Projects.
  • Operational Coordination: Align work between various departments to ensure seamless workflows, track cross-functional tasks, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all office functions, ensuring document control, filing systems, and reporting formats are consistent and followed.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports from all departments, prepare consolidated dashboards and updates for senior management.
  • Team Leadership & Task Allocation: Allocate and monitor tasks to department heads or coordinators, follow up on deadlines, pending work, and escalated issues.
  • Compliance, Discipline & Office Policies: Ensure adherence to established company policies, rules, and internal guidelines, maintain discipline, attendance, and punctuality within the office.
