Marketing Campaign Specialist

Job Description

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for executing ROI-focused digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes audience targeting, creative coordination, budget tracking, and real-time optimizations. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated and timely campaign rollout.

You will conduct funnel and user journey analysis to identify friction points and suggest improvements for better conversions. Additionally, you will generate detailed campaign reports and performance dashboards with actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, briefing, creative coordination, budget tracking, A/B testing, and real-time optimizations.
  • Performance Metrics & Optimization: Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CPQL, CPSV, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates across all campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Campaign Rollout: Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, tech, and analytics) to ensure integrated and timely campaign rollout.
  • User Journey Analysis: Conduct funnel and user journey analysis to identify friction points and suggest improvements for better conversions.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate detailed campaign reports and performance dashboards with actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid performance campaigns. Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and GA4 is required, with familiarity with native platforms.

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and campaign tracking methodologies (UTM, GTM, pixels) is essential. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into optimization strategies are also required.
