EduJam LLP is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more. If you love boosting ROI, reducing CPLs, and scaling winning campaigns, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity
  • Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, landing pages, and sales funnels
  • Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns via AiSensy and Watee
  • Run email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Lead and implement SEO strategies (both on-page & off-page)
  • Conduct A/B testing, budget tracking, and audience segmentation
  • Deliver performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
  • Strong command over Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity
  • Experience with WhatsApp & email marketing tools
  • Sound knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Highly analytical, ROI-focused, and creative problem solver
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
