About the Role
  • This position entails end-to-end recruitment responsibilities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top talent.
  • You will be responsible for supporting HR operations such as payroll coordination, employee records and compliance.
  • Designing and implementing HR policies, performance reviews and appraisal systems will also be part of your duties.
  • A key aspect of this role is driving employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • You will handle inquiries related to HR, benefits and company policies with professionalism and poise.
  • Partnering with leadership to build a robust talent pipeline for future growth is essential to the success of this position.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws and compliance (India or UAE) is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • You should be proactive, organized and detail oriented with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
