Role Summary:
As a key contributor to our business growth, this role is responsible for developing and deploying business processes and capabilities at a country, region, or global level.
This involves designing sales incentive plans, developing new or enhanced business processes and capabilities, integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, or geographic requirements, and driving process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Interact with stakeholders and operational teams.
- Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope.
- Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives.
- Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment.
Requirements:
- First-level university degree (or equivalent experience).
- Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
