Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's vision.
  • Oversee project execution and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Lead due diligence processes and negotiations for corporate development activities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth and oversee the development of new products, services, and business models.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors.
