Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Capacity Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for making long-range capacity plans to ensure our supply chain has sufficient capacity to meet future demand. The ideal candidate will have experience in network capacity management and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and maintain the annual renewal of the long-range capacity plan for the segment, developing and sharing strategic insights to solve capacity constraints.
  • Analyze and maintain data integrity within the network infrastructure to support decision-making processes.
  • Support network segment leaders by conducting data analytics for specific network projects.
  • Partner with various functions across the world to deliver aligned outputs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for network capacity management to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in network capacity management and data integrity.
  • University or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
