  • Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, consultancy agreements, endorsement agreements, product purchase agreements, marketing agreements, SaaS agreements, sourcing agreements, subscription agreements, licensing agreements, and contribution agreements.
  • Negotiating and executing commercial contracts with stakeholders.
  • Preparing summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts to facilitate decision-making.
  • Providing advisory services to business, finance, and operations teams on queries related to executed agreements.
  • Executing documentation for contract renewal, variations, and closures.
  • Conducting research and preparing notes on legal aspects of business transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and MIS (Management Information Systems) for contracts.
