Job Title: Contract Oversight Specialist

 

Role and Responsibilities

The Contract Oversight Specialist will lead and manage a team to ensure the efficient execution of contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include overseeing contract negotiation, drafting, and management processes, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements.

  • Leading a team of professionals to execute contractual obligations effectively
  • Overseeing contract negotiation and drafting processes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop contract strategies that support project delivery goals
  • Providing guidance and support to team members in resolving contractual issues
  • Conducting regular reviews of existing contracts to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and implementing best practices to optimize contract administration and minimize risks
  • Communicating and coordinating with external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution
  • Preparing reports on contract performance and identifying areas for improvement

 

Education Qualification

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, law, or a related field is required.

 

Technical Skills

Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and management is essential. Additionally, knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of contracts, experience with contract management software, and advanced proficiency in MS Office suite are required.
