Job Summary

The Deputy General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Contract General Manager (Integration) in overseeing contractual matters, including contract administration, variations, and claims. This involves obtaining concurrence from stakeholders and providing clarifications or instructions to contractors as required.

The Deputy General Manager is responsible for assisting the Contract General Manager (Integration) in monitoring contractor progress based on project budget and cost plan, ensuring fair and reasonable assessments of payment requests, and certifying full or partial payment.

Additionally, the Deputy General Manager supports the Contract General Manager (Integration) in coordinating with various departments, drafting correspondences, reviewing documents, and collecting information. They also monitor the overall construction schedule across contract packages and report project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Contract General Manager (Integration) in managing contractual matters
  • Monitor Contractor's progress based on project budget and cost plan
  • Support fair and reasonable assessments of payment requests
  • Coordinate with various departments and draft correspondences
