Job Title: Contract and Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled contract administrator to join our team. As a contract and implementation specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support contract management activities, including assisting multiple contract administrators and contract managers in pre-award and post-award functions.
  • Read and interpret contract documents, resolving contractual issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare contract appreciation documents (CAD) and contracting plans to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage day-to-day contractual correspondence, safeguarding contractor interests through proper contract interpretation.
  • Monitor correspondence status for timely replies and pending responses.
  • Record and notify delay events to stakeholders.
  • Draft and prepare end-of-term (EOT) applications and support planning in delay analysis.
  • Identify claim opportunities, variations in scope, changes in law, time-related claims, and draft sub-contract terms and conditions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (BE/B.Tech). NICMAR certification is preferred, while LL.B certification is also considered desirable.
  • At least 7-9 years of experience in contract administration, with a proven track record of managing contracts on large-scale projects.
