Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management Professional to lead our contract administration team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of contract negotiation, drafting, and management processes.

The selected candidate will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial agreement through final execution, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop contract strategies that support project delivery goals and collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.

  • Lead Contract Administration Team: Manage a team of professionals responsible for contract administration, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all contractual obligations.
  • Negotiate and Draft Contracts: Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop contract strategies that support project delivery goals and collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Identify Risks and Opportunities: Conduct regular reviews of existing contracts to identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and compliance requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and management; knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of contracts; experience in using contract management software and tools.
