Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role in our legal department. This position will involve advising and supporting various business teams on contract review, negotiation, and closure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert guidance and support to business teams on contract review, negotiation, and closure
  • Participating in negotiations with customers and vendors to ensure compliance with internal contracting requirements and risk identification & mitigation
  • Managing global procurement for vendor contracts from a legal perspective
  • Collaborating with external Legal Counsels on specific matters
  • Identifying key issues and risks during negotiations and bringing them to the attention of management
  • Developing and maintaining template agreements and refining contract processes and forms
  • Supporting other legal matters as required
  • Advising teams on intellectual property and technology-related legal issues
  • Reviewing client deal documents while understanding industry standards and company policies
  • Drafting employment agreements, confidentiality clauses, and non-disclosure agreements related to employees and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law
  • Prior experience in SaaS and IT contracting is preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including people management
  • Able to understand and communicate technology concepts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work with a high sense of urgency across multiple tasks
