Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Senior Engineer to drive B2B sales and customer expansion across Gujarat & Rajasthan. The role requires hands-on lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation, with a strong focus on industrial/technical sales (C-parts, fasteners, or small components). The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of customer buying behaviour, market trends, and digital sales tools to generate sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and qualify leads via digital tools, references, and field visits
- Analyze client needs, purchasing behaviour, and product standards

Stakeholder Engagement

- Engage with purchase managers, production heads, and senior stakeholders
- Build long-term relationships to convert prospects to customers

Sales & Market Expansion

- Generate RFQs and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Drive penetration into new sectors/customers within Gujarat & Rajasthan

Digital & Solution Selling

- Promote digital tools and value-added logistics solutions
- Position offerings aligned with customer needs and quality standards

Reporting & Internal Coordination

- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and finance teams

Core Skill Set:

- B2B sales, lead generation & technical client engagement
- Contract negotiation, pricing, and customer lifecycle management
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of fasteners/C-parts/small components industry is mandatory
- Proficient in CRM tools, ERP systems, and digital sales platforms

Must-Have Criteria:

- 56 years of B2B business development experience in industrial/technical sales
- Background in fasteners, C-parts, or small component manufacturing is essential
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Hands-on with CRM, ERP, and reporting tools
- Proven record of driving regional growth and new customer acquisition
