Trade Execution Specialist

About the Role:

The Trade Execution Specialist will be responsible for executing client trades with minimal errors, providing trade confirmations while ensuring complete compliance with regulatory and organizational norms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute client trades with negligible errors and provide trade confirmations in a timely manner.
  2. Achieve assigned cluster revenue targets, managed brokerage, and cross-selling targets.
  3. Distribute product recommendations to allocated clients using compliant messaging systems.
  4. Effectively handle client queries to ensure efficient client engagement.
  5. Apply technical analysis to respond to market and stock movement queries, enabling conversion of opportunities into trades.
  6. Disseminate fundamental research recommendations to meet investing requirements of allocated clients.
  7. Efficiently manage allocated books and achieve targeted revenues from these books with a constant endeavor to grow the book over time.
  8. Contribute to direct database management for client activation, reactivation, retention, and desired NPS score achievement.
