Product Management Role

This role focuses on leading the product roadmap for post-trade processing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience working across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment.

A key aspect of this position is collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and define product features.

The successful candidate will drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives using Broadridge capabilities.

In addition, they will manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.

This role requires a deep understanding of trade lifecycle across asset classes, as well as experience with post-trade operations including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.

Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, DTCC, Euroclear, Clearstream, and Omgeo CTM is also essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products
Broadridge Functional Expertise

The ideal candidate will act as an SME for Broadridge functionalities including trade matching, settlement instruction generation, and exception management.

Responsibilities
  1. Own the product roadmap for Broadridge-based post-trade processing systems
  2. Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and define product features
  3. Lead integration and enhancement efforts across Broadridge modules such as Impact, Gloss, and BR Trade Processing
  4. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., T 1, CSDR, SFTR) and industry standards (SWIFT, DTCC, Omgeo)
  5. Drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives using Broadridge capabilities
  6. Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
  7. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and UAT coordination
