Job Opportunity
">- Direct customer service and sales through relationship building, focusing on existing customer bases and allocated customer databases.
Key Responsibilities
">- Establishing and strengthening relationships with allocated customers through regular communication and follow-up meetings.
Sales Objectives
">- Focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in allocated customers and walk-ins to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Performance Metrics
">- TAT adherence for updating the system; successful completion of cross-sell/up-sell business goals month-on-month; collection of payment/premium from days-due policies; complaint resolution/customer satisfaction; achievement of retention targets.
Qualifications and Experience
">- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in sales of Insurance/Mutual Fund/CASA/Investments/Loans/Real Estate; minimum 6 months of exposure to Life Insurance; age bracket 25-32 years; must own a conveyance.
Required Skills and Qualities
">- Process and result orientation; customer centricity and relationship building; basic computer knowledge; good communication skills in English and regional language.
