Fusion HCM Implementation Expert

The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring seamless execution of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related modules.

Key responsibilities include configuring timecard layouts, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM. Additionally, they will drive the development and enhancement of Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and reports.

Key Skills:

  • Implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related modules
  • Project lifecycle management, including requirements gathering and deployment
  • Configuration of timecard layouts, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM
  • Development and enhancement of Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and reports
