Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant to oversee the implementation, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally.

This includes driving digital adoption by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
    • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
    • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools.
    • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
    • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
