Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in functional areas of work, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud in Absence, OTL, and any other module.

The successful candidate will possess proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as a good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas. They will also have working experience of another module other than Absence and OTL, and be proficient in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product.

Responsibilities will include identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds to clients, estimation of work for vanilla implementation and for personalizations/workarounds and reports/integrations/enhancements needed, client presentations and demos for some modules, and proposal creation and responses to RFPs with overall solutions.

The ideal candidate will also have ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project that is being managed, mentoring and guidance to the project team, quality tracking and team feedback, status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients, and coordinating with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at industry-leading solutions for clients.

Additional skills and qualifications include the ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications, exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills, good command over spoken & written English, and effectively manage scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
