Oracle HCM Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This individual will collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles. Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation is required. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes and policies, as well as excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.
  • Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT.
  • Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
  • Understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
