Job Description:

> Candidate with 12+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Business process knowledge and experience.

> Should have completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Absence, Time & Labor and good to have if experience in other HCM modules implantation.

> Candidate must have experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional modules like Absence, Time & Labor.

> Candidate must have experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical areas like HDL, BIP, SQL, Workflow, Fast Formula, Personalization, Redwood, Visual Builder Studio.

> Candidate must have knowledge and experience in Absence Types, Plans, Absence Processes, work schedules

> Candidate must have knowledge and experience in Time cards, Rules, Profiles, Layouts, Layout Components, and Scheduled Processes.

> Candidate must have knowledge and experience in Redwood Experience, Redwood Profile options, migrating from Responsive pages to Redwood pages.

> Candidate must have knowledge and experience in HCM Redwood Personalization Helper Tool & Visual Builder Studio

> Candidate must have very good knowledge and experience in Fast formulas.

> Candidate should well versed with Enterprise structure and Workforce structures.

> Should have good knowledge and experience in Custom flex fields.

> Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in Personalization.

> Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Product Releases, P2T Refresh pre and post activities.

> Should have basic knowledge and experience in Security areas like Roles, Security Profiles, Security Processes, Security Rules, etc.

> Should have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

> Candidate should interact with customers and Business Team in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
