Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer

Experience: 3 Years to 5 Years

Work Location: Affintrix Office, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer who can design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas across various HCM modules like Payroll, Absence, Benefits, OTL, and Compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Fast Formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Write complex logic and calculations for:
  • Payroll rules
  • Leave/absence plans
  • Benefits eligibility
  • Compensation policies
  • Troubleshoot and fix formula-related issues
  • Use tools like Formula Results, Messages, and Logging for testing and debugging
  • Work with database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values in formulas
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementations

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas
  • Good understanding of HCM modules: Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
