Job Title:

HCM Benefits Configuration Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the configuration and deployment of the benefits module within our cloud-based human capital management system. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement the HCM benefits module based on business needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Oracle certification preferred but not required
