Job Title:

Polarion Expert

We are seeking a skilled Polarion professional to configure, customize and roll out ALM solutions across systems engineering domains.

  • Configure and tailor Polarion ALM to support project-specific requirements, test planning, validation, release and documentation workflows.
  • Design and implement processes, workflows, traceability matrices and custom templates aligned with ASPICE and ISO 26262 quality frameworks.
  • Lead the rollout of Polarion solutions across international teams including training, documentation and end-user support.
  • Develop and maintain test concepts oversee test operations and provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Polarion tool-related issues.
  • Manage safety-relevant documentation and ensure regulatory traceability for compliance in automotive/battery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement custom Polarion configurations to meet project needs.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment following the SAFe framework.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Polarion-based ALM processes through feedback automation and performance optimization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Polarion configuration workflow implementation and process customization.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage project templates custom fields scripts permissions and dashboards.
  • Experience integrating Polarion with tools such as Jira Git Jenkins Doors Teamcenter or other ALM/PLM systems.
