Job Title: Experienced Coupa Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coupa specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure-to-pay, and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuring and supporting Coupa modules, including setup, testing, and maintenance
  • Integrating Coupa with other systems, including ERP and middleware applications
  • Designing and implementing business processes, including source-to-pay and procure-to-pay workflows
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including functional specs and configuration documents
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and finance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Coupa implementation, configuration, and support
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa integration setup, including API integrations and data mapping
  • Strong understanding of business process design and implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
