Procurement Professional Opportunity:

The role of a Coupa Consultant is to provide ongoing support for the P2P modules in Coupa, encompassing requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses. This position requires a strong understanding of procurement and financial processes, as well as experience with ticketing systems and integration tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely provision of day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  • Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and financial processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
