
Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users of client's application software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Use IT Service Management system to review and respond to requests for support
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal resources or vendors
- Collaborate with end-users to understand business needs and provide solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IT service management systems
