Job Title: Customer Technical Support Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our international support team. As a Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for resolving queries from global clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical troubleshooting over the phone for customers worldwide.
- Handle basic technical assistance calls related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and communications.
Required Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of computer networks.
- Intermediate understanding of software and hardware components.
Technical Skills:
