We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and providing them with exceptional support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct demo calls with prospective customers to showcase our products and services.
  • Build trust and provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
  • Answer customer inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to support engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback on customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
  • Prior experience working with international customers is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers.
