We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.
This is a full-time on-site position responsible for handling customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications
