Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception duties, mail distribution, and supply management.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Respond to phone calls, emails, and letters in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Meetings and Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support Services: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required. Relevant experience in administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
