Key Oracle HCM positions involve delivering technical solutions to clients.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant who can help us achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, including technical objects such as OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts. They should also be proficient in developing and maintaining Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Fast Formulas Development: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to automate business processes.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
