Job Title: Fusion HCM Sr. Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Senior Technical Consultant in our Human Capital Management (HCM) team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in US and Canada Payroll, and be able to leverage this expertise to drive technical solutions for our organization.

  1. Develop and implement technical solutions for complex payroll issues
  2. Provide technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions
  3. Collaborate with the development team to plan and execute migrations, releases, upgrades, and patches
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience working with Oracle HCM modules and Payroll area
  • Knowledge of SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming
